Hi, I'm Tammy.

Co-Founder | Client Success & Business Development

If there's one thing that has been true throughout every season of my life, it's that I love helping people grow.

I graduated from Morehead State University with a degree in Education, and while I always knew I was an entrepreneur at heart, my first calling was in Christian education. I had the incredible privilege of serving as the principal and administrator of a Christian school for 21 years. I was there from the very beginning, and watching it grow into a thriving school centered around Christ was one of the greatest blessings of my career. Those years taught me that leadership isn't about building an organization—it's about investing in people and making a lasting difference in their lives.

After stepping away from education, I was blessed with an even more important role—becoming "Gammy."

My husband and I have two wonderful sons, I have two amazing bonus daughters, and together we've been blessed with eight incredible grandchildren. These days, I'm the primary caregiver for our four youngest grandkids while their parents are at work, so my days are usually filled with toddlers, toys, laughter, and lots of hugs. When evening rolls around, you'll almost always find me in the stands cheering on the older four as they play the sports they love.

Serving others has always been at the center of who I am, whether that's caring for my family or helping someone chase a dream.

Over the past several years, I've had the privilege of working with hundreds of businesses across Kentucky, helping them increase their visibility, strengthen their brands, and connect with more customers. Those experiences ultimately led to the opportunity to co-found VURGE Digital, where I now get to combine my passion for entrepreneurship with my heart for serving others every single day.

While I'm often working behind the scenes at VURGE, I'm deeply involved in making sure every client receives the care and attention they deserve. I truly believe that every business owner should feel like they're our most important client because, to us, they are. Whether I'm working with clients during the day, after the grandchildren go home, or on weekends between ballgames, I'm committed to making sure every business we serve has the support they need to succeed.

My faith is the foundation of everything I do, and my family is a very close second. Those priorities shape how I approach both life and business—with honesty, compassion, hard work, and a genuine desire to serve others well.

Whether I'm rocking a baby, cheering from the bleachers, or encouraging a small business owner through their next big step, I truly believe the best investments we can make are in people. Building businesses is rewarding, but building relationships is what matters most to me. If I can help make your journey a little easier and celebrate your successes along the way, then I know I'm doing exactly what God has called me to do.
